Poonawatta Estate Valley of Eden Off-Dry Riesling is sourced from the elevated topography and resulting cool climate of the Eden Valley. The grapes are picked at optimal ripeness.

Only the free run juice is taken. It is chilled to ensure a long, slow and gentle ferment. The fermenting wine is tasted daily until the 'sweet spot' between sugar, texture and acidity is reached, then fermentation is stopped.

Deep yellow, Poonawatta Estate Valley of Eden Off-Dry Riesling texturally complex with vibrant acidity, balanced sweetness and a long finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
